Terms and Conditions

1. Binding Agreement:

  • By submitting this form, you acknowledge that the booking of additional items is binding. Once submitted, a member of the team at Copdock Hall will confirm the change with you. Once confirmed, changes or cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined below.

2. Costs and Payment:

  • The costs associated with the booked additional items will be added to your existing wedding package.

  • A new payment schedule reflecting the updated total will be emailed to you within 5 business days of submitting this form.

  • Payment terms and deadlines will be clearly stated in the new payment schedule. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in cancellation of services or additional fees.

3. Cancellation and Changes:   

  • Changes to the booked additional items may be accommodated subject to availability and approval by Copdock Hall.

  • Cancellations made after confirmation may incur cancellation fees. The specific fees will depend on the timing of the cancellation and will be communicated to you upon confirmation of the booking.

4. Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for reviewing the new payment schedule and ensuring timely payment according to the terms provided.

  • It is your responsibility to communicate any changes or concerns regarding the booked additional items to Copdock Hall promptly.
