Is there parking available at the venue, and is it free for guests?

Yes, Copdock Hall offers plenty of complimentary parking for all your guests, just a short walk from the barn and courtyard.

Copdock Hall is designed to be welcoming for everyone. Our main spaces are step-free, and we have accessible facilities on-site.

Are there options for outdoor ceremonies, and what is the backup plan in case of bad weather?

Yes, you can choose to say your vows outdoors in our romantic vineyard, surrounded by open skies and lush greenery.

If the weather isn’t on our side, we’ll move your ceremony into the barn, where candlelight and centuries-old beams create a warm and welcoming atmosphere so your day will be beautiful, whatever the forecast.

Can I bring my dog or other pets to the wedding?

We know pets are family too, and we love welcoming well-behaved dogs to join your special day.

If you have another beloved pet you’d like to include, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We want your celebration to feel truly yours, right down to the smallest paw print.

What facilities are available for guests who may need to stay overnight?

Copdock Hall offers charming on-site accommodation in our beautifully restored Farmhouse, just steps from the barn. The Farmhouse is perfect for close family and friends to relax and unwind after the celebrations.

For other guests, there are several lovely hotels and B&Bs nearby, we’re happy to recommend trusted local options to make everyone’s stay as comfortable as possible.

Are there options for a civil ceremony, partnership, or celebrant-led ceremony?

Yes, Copdock Hall is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, so you can hold your entire celebration with us.

If you prefer a celebrant-led or non-traditional ceremony, we welcome those too. Our team is here to help you create a ceremony that feels personal and meaningful, whatever your wishes.
