BOOKINGS
Book a private tour via our easy-to-use online calendar and choose between a virtual or in-person viewing. You can also experience the charm of Copdock Hall in person at one of our upcoming open days. Wedding prices at Copdock Hall vary depending on your chosen date and guest numbers. For 2027, prices start from just £10,995. Download our latest brochure for more information or contact our team to discuss your requirements.
Once you’ve booked with us, we’ll be in touch with all the next steps and give you access to our wedding planning portal, BriteBiz. From there, you can start bringing all the details together, and our whole team will be on hand throughout your planning journey. Any questions along the way, we’re only ever an email or phone call away!
Absolutely. We're happy to welcome you back to Copdock Hall during the planning process so you can revisit the spaces and discuss any questions about your upcoming wedding.
We don't typically offer dry hire, but please do get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Our Venue
Our Elizabethan Barn can accommodate 350 people standing, seating up to 180.
Yes, Copdock Hall is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, so you can hold your entire celebration with us.
If you prefer a celebrant-led or non-traditional ceremony, we welcome those too. Our team is here to help you create a ceremony that feels personal and meaningful, whatever your wishes.
Copdock Hall is an exclusive-use venue, which means your wedding is the only event taking place on the day and the whole estate is yours to enjoy with your guests.
You can choose from a civil ceremony at Copdock Hall, either in the beautiful Elizabethan Barn or outdoors in our picturesque grounds. Alternatively, for couples who wish to wed in a traditional church, St Peter’s Parish Church is just a short stroll away alongside a bucolic lavender lined path.
You'll need to decide on your ceremony location in time to book your registrars, celebrant or church. However, we can of course be flexible with the venue setup and have options in place should your location need to change at the last moment.
Absolutely. Couples can choose their aisle style, seating layout, music and decorative touches to reflect their own vision for the ceremony.
Copdock Hall is designed to be welcoming for everyone. Our main spaces are step-free, and we have accessible facilities on-site. If you or your guests have any specific requirements, just let us know - we’re always happy to help make every guest feel comfortable.
We pride ourselves in working with fantastic local suppliers and can put you in touch based on your needs. Please refer to our list of recommended suppliers.
We know pets are family too, and we love welcoming well-behaved dogs to join your special day.
If you have another beloved pet you’d like to include, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We want your celebration to feel truly yours, right down to the smallest paw print.

Currently, we provide round tables as standard. However, if you have your heart set on trestle tables, we work with some amazing local companies who can provide these for your day!
Wedding insurance isn’t mandatory, but we strongly recommend taking out a policy to protect your plans and payments against unforeseen circumstances.
Carriages are at midnight, so we ask that all guests have departed the venue just after.
Absolutely. You can choose to have live music or a DJ to match the vibe of your celebration. Our team works seamlessly with you to ensure every detail, from lighting to sound, enhances the experience.
Yes, for fireworks, we work exclusively with one trusted company, and these can be booked directly through us. Sparklers are also welcome and can be purchased from us. We recommend doing these earlier in the evening, around dusk, or with your immediate bridal party, so they can be enjoyed safely before the evening celebrations get into full swing!
Yes! Due to Suffolk Registrars’ restrictions, candles aren’t permitted during your civil ceremony. However, you can absolutely have them during your wedding breakfast! They’ll just need to be placed in suitable holders, with the holder sitting higher than the flame for safety.
Yes! Confetti is absolutely welcome, we just ask that it’s thrown outside and is biodegradable, natural, or made from real flower petals.
Wedding Morning
Yes! Our dedicated dressing room is the perfect place for you to exchange stories over a glass of fizz while being pampered.
You’ll have access to the dressing room from 10am on the morning of your wedding.
Absolutely. Some of our collections include brunch; if yours doesn't, ask about upgrades or simply arrange a bespoke serving in one of your planning meetings.
Food & Beverage
All catering at Copdock Hall is created in-house by our talented chefs, allowing us to offer a seamless, thoughtful experience from first taste to final toast.
All of our catering is provided in-house by our fantastic catering team, so unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate external caterers.
Over 80% of our fresh produce is sourced from within just 30 miles of Copdock Hall, supporting local growers, reducing food miles, and ensuring your wedding menu is bursting with seasonal flavour.
Absolutely. Our talented in-house catering team will create dishes to suit all tastes and dietary needs.

Yes! You’ll be invited to join us for a restaurant-style food tasting, where you can enjoy a selection of dishes specially chosen by our chef and get a taste of what to expect on your big day!
All alcohol is provided directly through us, so unfortunately we don’t allow you to bring your own. Our team will be happy to help you choose the perfect drinks for your day!
If you’ve got a particular drink or concept in mind that captures the essence of your celebration, just let us know, as we have the skill, passion, and excitement to make your vision come to life.
Yes. The fully stocked bars in both the barn and Coach House provide an excellent selection of drinks, all served with the same care and attention to detail that defines the day.
The bar accepts both cash and card.
Accommodation
Yes! Our lovingly restored farmhouse offers a warm and welcoming space for up to 17 guests. It features eight stylish en-suite bedrooms arranged across two separate wings.
Our on-site accommodation is included within all of our wedding packages, so there’s no need to book it separately!
Check-in is typically from 3:00pm. We can also offer a maximum of three early check-ins from 12:00pm, subject to availability.
Check-out is at 10:00am the following morning.
Yes! A continental breakfast is included, with options such as croissants and pastries. You can also upgrade to a hot breakfast, including bacon and sausage baps.
There are lots of great accommodation options locally to suit all budgets, from hotels and Airbnbs to boutique stays and spa hotels. We’d be happy to recommend some of our favourites for your guests
Typically, our onsite accommodation isn’t available the night before your wedding. However, if it’s still available 5 months before your date, you’ll be given first refusal and the option to book it for the night before.

Yes, Copdock Hall offers plenty of complimentary parking for your guests, just a short walk from the barn and courtyard.
Yes! You’re more than welcome to leave your car overnight. We just ask that all vehicles are collected by 11am the following day.
We recommend Hawk Express taxis. You can prebook taxis by calling them on 01473 222222.
We recommend taxis are booked in advance. Ubers are also available.

Copdock Hall is exclusively available for large corporate Christmas parties of 50 to 150 seated or 350 standing guests. We offer complete packages to include a drink on arrival, three-course meal, DJ and dancing, and photobooth.
We also offer joiner parties with private tables.
