At Copdock Hall, we are thrilled to offer exclusive hire Christmas parties in 2025. These events are tailored to suit your company’s preferences.

Exclusive Hire Christmas Parties

For companies seeking a private experience for up to 350 colleagues, our exclusive Christmas parties are the perfect choice.

Our venue hire includes exclusive use of Copdock Hall including the evening courtyard and grounds and is exclusively available for large corporate Christmas parties of 50 to 120 seated or 350 standing guests.

We offer complete packages to include a drink on arrival, three course meal, DJ and dancing and photobooth.

Corporate Christmas Party Packages: £65 + VAT per person

What’s on the Christmas Menu?

You and your colleagues will be treated to a delicious festive feast when you choose to host your Christmas Party at Copdock Hall. Our caterers will come up with a delightful menu that will suit everyone with allergies and dietary requirements catered for.

The menu for 2025 events will be confirmed closer to the date, however, last year’s menu is below to give you an idea of what to expect.

Starters

Ham hock terrine, toasted brioche, red onion marmalade

Spicy roasted parsnip soup, sourdough, salted butter whip (GF / VE)  

Prawn and crayfish cocktail, Marie Rose sauce (GF)

Mains

Roast turkey, roast potatoes, honey glazed carrots, buttered kale, sage and onion stuffing (GF / DF)

Roast sirloin of beef, roast potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, Yorkshire pudding (GF / DF)

Pan seared halibut, pomme potatoes, honey glazed leeks, white wine sauce (GF)

Roast root vegetable wellington, pomme potatoes, buttered kale, tenderstem broccoli (VE)

Desserts

Zingy lemon tart, Italian meringue with lemon sorbet

Rich chocolate brownie, raspberry coulis, vanilla and tonka bean ice cream (VE / GF)

Christmas Party FAQs

Have questions about the upcoming Christmas parties at Copdock Hall? We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to address any key queries you might have. Whether you're wondering about timings, attire, or dietary options, we've got you covered. If you can't find the answer to your question here, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly.

  • For private hire Christmas parties, Copdock Hall can seat 120 guests for a Christmas meal, with plenty of space for dancing, or up to 350 guests for a drinks reception.

  • To help us ensure a festive atmosphere, we do have minimum booking requirements:

    • Sunday - Thursday: Minimum of 50 guests

    • Fridays and Saturdays: Minimum of 80 guests

    Let us know if you have any questions or would like to discuss your options further.

  • For joiner Christmas parties, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. Your final payment will be due closer to the date of the event (usually 6 weeks before).

    For exclusive hire, we require a £1000 deposit on initial booking. You will then be able to pay the rest of balance in instalments as per our usual corporate booking policy.

  • Our luxury onsite accommodation is available for Christmas parties at Copdock Hall.

    For the joiner parties, this can be secured on a first come, first served basis. Hire prices are £1000+vat with a £500 refundable damage deposit required.

    We have 8 luxurious ensuite bedrooms available, sleeping up to 17 people.

  • Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

  • Contact our team for Christmas party availability. The venue will be dressed for the season from the end of November until the beginning of January and we are taking bookings for dates during that period.
