At Copdock Hall, we are thrilled to offer two distinct Christmas experiences in 2024. These events are tailored to suit your company’s preferences. Exclusive Hire for larger companies or joiner parties for SMEs wanting to book a table at a shared Christmas party.

Exclusive Hire Christmas Parties

For larger companies seeking a private experience for up to 350 colleagues, our exclusive Christmas parties are the perfect choice.

Our venue hire includes exclusive use of Copdock Hall including the evening courtyard and grounds and is exclusively available for large corporate Christmas parties of 50 to 350 guests.

Venue hire only prices:

From £1500 + VAT

Alternatively, we offer complete packages to include a drink on arrival, three course meal, DJ and dancing and photobooth.

Joiner Christmas Parties

Are you a small business looking to treat your team to a memorable Christmas celebration? Look no further! Copdock Hall is excited to offer joiner parties tailored specifically for small businesses like yours. Get ready to spread the festive cheer, network with other local businesses and create great memories with your colleagues.

Prices: £570 - £620 for a table of 10 (+VAT)

Christmas party package includes: Fizz on arrival, 3 course meal, DJ and dancing, photobooth, cash bar.

You and your colleagues will be treated to a delicious festive feast when you choose to host your Christmas Party at Copdock Hall. Our caterers have come up with a delightful menu that will suit everyone with allergies and dietary requirements catered for

Christmas Party FAQs

Have questions about the upcoming Christmas parties at Copdock Hall? We've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to address any key queries you might have. Whether you're wondering about timings, attire, or dietary options, we've got you covered. If you can't find the answer to your question here, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly.

  • For private hire Christmas parties, Copdock Hall can seat 120 guests for a Christmas meal, with plenty of space for dancing, or up to 350 guests for a drinks reception.

  • For joiner Christmas parties, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. Your final payment will be due closer to the date of the event (usually 6 weeks before).

    For exclusive hire, we require a £1000 deposit on initial booking. You will then be able to pay the rest of balance in instalments as per our usual corporate booking policy.

  • Our luxury onsite accommodation is available for Christmas parties at Copdock Hall.

    For the joiner parties, this can be secured on a first come, first served basis. Hire prices are £1000+vat with a £500 refundable damage deposit required.

    We have 8 luxurious ensuite bedrooms available, sleeping up to 17 people.

  • Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

  • If you work for a small business but still want the fun and buzz of a large Christmas party, then the joiner events are for you. Book by the table with space for up to 10 guests.

  • Contact our team for Christmas party availability. The venue will be dressed for the season from the end of November until the beginning of January and we are taking bookings for dates during that period.
