2027 Elegant Collection Wedding

Get married in 2027 and enjoy a fully hosted, Elegant Collection wedding from only £10,995.

What is included?

Our package includes everything you need for a special day that's entirely yours. Your Elegant Collection package includes: 

  • Exclusive use of Copdock Hall on your special day.

  • A dedicated Personal Event Manager to support all your plans from the moment you first meet to the big day itself.

  • An invitation to a group tasting dinner for two.

  • Preparation dressing room for hair, makeup and getting ready.

  • Bar open for guest arrivals from midday.

  • 8 luxury guest bedrooms for the night of the wedding, accommodation in total for 17 guests.

  • Breakfast served in the farmhouse for all overnight guests the following morning.

  • Table plan easels.

  • Cake table and knife.
Your choice of the following from our Elegant Collection:
 
  • Reception drink for each guest

  • Three course wedding breakfast with fresh breads, teas and coffee or two course barbecue

  • Half a bottle of wine for each guest during the wedding breakfast.

  • Glass of Prosecco for each guest for toasts.

Can we add more guests to our package?

Yes! You are very welcome to add more guests to your package if you would like to.

  • Additional day guests £99
  • Additional children £35
  • Additional evening guests £17

 

What dates are available?

We have a range of dates available for weddings including a handful of peak dates. Please contact our team to enquire about specific availability.

Do you have accommodation?

Yes, and it is included in the offer! We can accommodate 17 guests in our luxury Farmhouse with a family-style breakfast to share stories over.

How last minute can you handle?

Our record so far is only 58 days between booking and the big day which we look forward to bettering!

How can I secure a date?

Make an enquiry or book a tour but don't delay. Dates are limited and this offer is on a first come first served basis. Typically a £1,000 deposit and signed contract secures your date.

What about food, drink and suppliers?

We've got everything you need, so you can relax and enjoy your planning journey with us. We are a full-service venue, meaning our team will support the planning and delivery of your day, our chefs will provide all the catering, and our team delivers exceptional service. For the elements we don't deliver such as flowers, cakes, photography etc, rest assured that once we share our recommended supplier list, you'll be spoilt for choice.
