Having spent her whole career in the wedding industry, Taylor brings calm, experience, and just the right amount of humour to every celebration.
As Head of Events at Copdock Hall, she’s known for her steady hand on even the busiest days and always smiling. She’s also a self-confessed perfume obsessive and loves hearing what scent each couple has chosen for their big day. She’s a big believer in thorough planning, clear communication, and the occasional well-earned glass of wine.
Julie Tydeman
Deputy Head of Events
As our Wedding Event Manager and Bar Lead, Julie brings a perfect blend of calm professionalism and genuine passion for creating unforgettable celebrations. From the first walk-through to the final dance, she ensures every couple’s vision comes to life seamlessly.
When she’s not overseeing bar service or working her magic behind the scenes, Julie’s usually enjoying downtime with her beloved fur baby, Hammer. Whether it's a countryside stroll or a cuddle on the sofa, they make the perfect duo.

Jess is your go-to for all things weddings and events at Copdock Hall! Whether it’s planning your dream day or making sure everything runs smoothly, Jess is here to take the stress out and bring the magic in for your perfect day. With a love for a well-organised spreadsheet, a packed dancefloor, and an evening sax player to really set the mood, nothing beats seeing couples celebrate their big day in true Copdock style!
Abigail Finbow
Event Manager
Abigail supports couples throughout their wedding journey, from the first enquiry to the celebrations on the day. Always happy to pick up the phone for a chat, she enjoys getting to know each couple and helping bring their vision to life.
A trained professional dancer, Abigail understands how special those key moments can feel, whether it’s walking confidently down the aisle or taking to the dancefloor for your first dance. If anyone needs help counting the steps or avoiding a two-left-feet moment, she’s always happy to offer encouragement.
With a calm and organised approach, Abigail focuses on creating a relaxed, stress-free day so couples can celebrate with the people they love.
Sophie Cown
Event Manager
Sophie brings a warm, calming presence and genuine care to every couple she works with. Her favourite part of the day is the ceremony and those first just-married moments, when she gets to congratulate the couple and hand them their celebratory drink as the excitement starts to sink in.
Alongside her role at Copdock Hall, Sophie has a real passion for makeup, meaning she’ll be on hand for those little touch-ups throughout the day, keeping you looking fresh, confident and photo-ready from “I do” to the dancefloor.

Event Manager
With a background in the events industry, Sophie joins the Copdock Hall team as Event Manager, bringing a passion for planning and delivering unforgettable experiences. She loves working with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned out.
Sophie thrives on the excitement of event days and the feeling of seeing everything come together perfectly. Outside of work, she has a real passion for fitness and enjoys getting involved in sporting events whenever she can.

Finance Manager
As our Finance Manager, Lucy keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, handling all things finance with care and efficiency. She’s the friendly and reassuring point of contact for couples, ensuring every query is answered with clarity and support throughout their wedding journey.
Since joining the team in 2018, Lucy has worn many hats—including Event Manager—gaining invaluable experience and glowing feedback for her role in delivering dream weddings at Copdock Hall.
