Having spent her whole career in the wedding industry, Taylor brings calm, experience, and just the right amount of humour to every celebration. As Head of Events at Copdock Hall, she’s known for her steady hand on even the busiest days and always smiling. She’s also a self-confessed perfume obsessive and loves hearing what scent each couple has chosen for their big day. She’s a big believer in thorough planning, clear communication, and the occasional well-earned glass of wine.
Julie Tydeman
Deputy Head of Events
As our Wedding Event Manager and Bar Lead, Julie brings a perfect blend of calm professionalism and genuine passion for creating unforgettable celebrations. From the first walk-through to the final dance, she ensures every couple’s vision comes to life seamlessly.
When she’s not overseeing bar service or working her magic behind the scenes, Julie’s usually enjoying downtime with her beloved fur baby, Hammer. Whether it's a countryside stroll or a cuddle on the sofa, they make the perfect duo.

Whether it’s planning your dream day or making sure everything runs smoothly, Jess is here to take the stress out and bring the magic in for your perfect day. With a love for a well-organised spreadsheet, a packed dancefloor, and an evening sax player to really set the mood, nothing beats seeing couples celebrate their big day in true Copdock style!

Finance Manager
As our Finance Manager, Lucy keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, handling all things finance with care and efficiency. She’s the friendly and reassuring point of contact for couples, ensuring every query is answered with clarity and support throughout their wedding journey.
Since joining the team in 2018, Lucy has worn many hats—including Event Manager—gaining invaluable experience and glowing feedback for her role in delivering dream weddings at Copdock Hall.
